How To Build Your Own Bowl

1. Take a black platter

2. Put 1 or 2 bowls onto the platter

3. Select your meats and vegetables (it does not matter which bowl it all goes into, it will all get grilled together)

4. Follow the sauce table on the wall

4 main sauces we recommend to start with:

1 ladle of sesame oil
sugar water
soy sauce
salt water

Add other sauces to your bowls to add more flavors. * If your 2 bowls are 'overly full', double up on the sauces *

5. Take your bowls to the grill

6. STAY IN LINE (this will prevent others from picking up your food or vice versa)

7. Watch your chefs grill your food and come back for some more!

Fried rice is grilled fresh for you at the grill. PLEASE let your chefs know if you want your fried rice with or without eggs.If you want your rice separated from your food, make sure you tell the chefs, otherwise they will mix it all together with your meal.

Steamed rice is provided for you by your waitress.

VERY IMPORTANT! If your are a vegetarian or ALLERGIC to any food item, please let your chefs know prior to grilling your foods.
